What if I'm not sure I need therapy?

A free consultation allows you to find out how you can benefit from therapy and if the therapist has the skills to provide the help you need.

What if I can't afford therapy?

Therapy has some flexibility to it. Some people choose to do therapy once a month instead of weekly. At IncreMental Health Tips we focus on providing clients with resources so that they can be proactive about their own healing or skill development process. With the right resources and guidance you can more efficiently take steps towards the life you want.

We currently offer individual and couples counseling in Ontario, Canada.
